What this site is for
The site presents DiveTalia's dive centre, courses, dive trips, boats and equipment, lets you contact us through the contact form, and, where online booking is offered, lets you book and pay for a dive, trip or course.
Information on the site describes our services as they are normally provided. Schedules, availability, dive sites and conditions depend on the season, the weather and the sea, and may change. Before you travel, confirm the details of your dive, trip or course directly with us.
Using the site
You may use the site for its intended purpose: finding out about our services, contacting us and making bookings. You may not use it in any way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, attempts to bypass its security, or places an unreasonable load on it, for example through automated bulk requests.
Information you submit through the site, in the contact form or in a booking, must be accurate and up to date. We rely on it to answer you and to prepare your dive, trip or course.
Bookings and payments
A booking made through this site is subject to our Cancellation and Refund Terms, which explain the deposit, the cancellation windows for each type of booking, how refunds are paid and how your payment is protected. Please read them before you book.
Prices are shown on the relevant pages of the site. The price shown at the time you book is the price that applies to your booking. Online payments are processed on the secure payment page of Türkiye İş Bankası; your card details are never entered on or stored by this site.
Diving is an activity with its own safety rules. Taking part in a dive, trip or course is subject to the certification, health and safety requirements that apply to that activity, which we explain to you before it begins. A booking does not replace those requirements.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, videos, logos and design of this site belong to DiveTalia or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, publishing or distributing content from the site, needs our prior written permission.
The DiveTalia name and logo are our trade marks. Other names and marks that appear on the site, such as those of training organisations, card schemes and partners, belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites
The site may contain links to websites operated by others, for example a map service or a partner hotel. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on information on the site without confirming it with us, or from the site being temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them affects the rights you hold as a consumer under Turkish law.
Personal data
How we handle personal data collected through the site is described in our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Policy and our KVKK Clarification Text, all linked in the footer of every page. Those documents form part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a service to the site. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version published on the site at the time you use it is the version that applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers may bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For any other dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
